Frederico Valsassina was Born in Lisbon in 1955, Frederico he graduated in Architecture from Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa in July 1979 and set up his own studio in 1986.
He received the Honourable Mention of the Valmor Prize in 2003 for the Alcântara Rio Project, and the Valmor Prize in 2004 for the Art’s Business Center Project in Parque das Nações.
Frederico Valsassina holds the position of Guest Professor at the Faculty of Architecture at UTL and he teaching the master’s degree in Real Estate Development. also he Taught Conception of Residential Spaces. Frederico Valsassina has also been asked to present his work in various international universities, conferences and other events linked to architecture project.
